Aged Tea and Cheese Pairing


Our tea and cheese pairing workshop is back by the popular demand! In this workshop, you will be pairing holiday-perfect cheese with our aged teas. Full of surprises and unexpected twists, you will leave wondering why wine has been the only beverage traditionally paired with cheese. 

The Art of Tea Pairing workshops explore the powerful combination of flavors by pairing a variety of teas with another element. In the past, we have featured chocolates from Michelin Chef Gabriel Kreuther and pastries from Baccarat Hotel pastry chef Rosario Wakabayashi. 

All of Mansa's workshops are led by a Certified Tea Sommelier.
