Shipping Timeline

We process your orders in 1-2 business days. 

And the shipping timeline is as follows:

  • US  1-5 business days
  • Canada  5-15 business days (Standard) / 3-5 business days (Express)
  • Worldwide  10-20 business days (Standard) / 3-5 business days (Express)

For last-minute gifts, we recommend our e-gift cards.

Shipping Fee

Our regular shipping fee is as follows:

  • US  $9, or free shipping over $75 purchase
  • Worldwide  quoted at checkout, or free shipping over $150 purchase

All the international orders are fulfilled as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Pre-paying duties upfront allows international shipments to be delivered door to door and not held at the customs. 

If you wish to receive a more accurate quote for your international shipment, add the products you would like to purchase to the cart and head to the Checkout page. Once you fill out your address, you should see both the standard and express international DDP shipping costs.

Returns

We offer a free 30-day return service. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please email us at concierge@mansatea.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. A Mansa Tea representative will assist you within 24 hours on the next business day. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method in 1-5 business days.

Please note that there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, i.e., damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

If you haven’t received a refund within a week of package receipt, please contact us at concierge@mansatea.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at concierge@mansatea.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. A Mansa Tea representative will assist you within 24 hours on the next business day. 

Please note that:

  • UPS may request a damage inspection of the contents and original packaging as part of the damage claim process. So, please keep the original box and packaging and any damaged contents until your claim is processed.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an e-gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Please use the generated shipping label sent to you by email to have us cover your return shipping costs.
