Jeju Handcrafted White Tea (2023 Organic)

$42

Meticulously handcrafted every step to bring you a cup of tea that embodies the essence of Jeju Island

Our Jeju white tea is a masterpiece of artisanal craftsmanship. Each delicate bud and 1-2 leaves were hand-plucked by Mr. Lee himself, a fact evident in the exquisite brewed leaves that unfold before you. The journey of this tea is a labor of love, involving natural withering and drying processes both indoors and outdoors under the gentle embrace of the sun.

Crafting white tea is an art of simplicity and complexity. Though it undergoes minimal processing, it demands the utmost care. Mr. Lee meticulously monitors every leaf, ensuring the perfect environment for withering and drying. Without artificial control, this process hinges on the ever-changing weather, making it a true labor of dedication. It's an investment in exceptional flavor and quality.

Don't shy away from experimentation with this tea; it's an exploration waiting to unfold. Brew it multiple times, and you'll be amazed at its endurance.

Prepare to be enchanted by the delicate symphony of flavors in your cup. A sip unveils notes of muscatel, melon, dill, and bamboo, all harmonizing beautifully with a sweet and lasting finish. When brewed in gongfu style, a delightful surprise awaits as you lift the Gaiwan lid—a hint of aged white peony flavors.
