[Bulang 2017] Raw Pu'er
Bulang Raw Pu'er is currently served at L'appart, a Michelin-starred restaurant in NYC that offers a French tasting menu prepared by chef Nicolas Abello. Harvested at Nadameng Reservoir, a top quality nature reserve located in Bulang Mountain, this raw pu'er has a smooth body and smoked wood notes. This is a more masculine alternative to our popular Wild Lao Raw Pu’er. If you are looking to pair this tea with food, we recommend pairing with morel mushrooms.
