Smoky + Herbal

[Bulang 2017] Raw Pu'er

Bulang Mountain is where many famous tea mountains, such as Laoman'e, Laobanzhang, and Hekai, are located. Harvested at Nadameng Reservoir, a top quality nature reserve located in Bulang Mountain, this raw pu'er (or pu-erh) has a smooth body and smoked wood notes. This is a smokier alternative to our popular Wild Lao Raw Pu’er. [Bulang 2017] Raw Pu'er also has been served at L'appart, a Michelin-starred restaurant in NYC that offers a French tasting menu prepared by chef Nicolas Abello.

If you are looking to pair this tea with food, we recommend pairing with morel mushrooms.
