Sweet + Nutty
[Bulang 2015] Ancient Tree Ripe Pu'er
As our Mansa Tea Society members requested an opportunity to purchase this tea a la carte, we made a separate product page for this tea.
Our Tea of the Month for August 2020, this ripe pu-erh is made from ancient tea tree materials from Bulang Mountain. It's rare to find such quality tea material made into ripe pu-erh, but this is one of them.
It has nutty oatmeal cookie and raisin notes with a unique balance of depth and clean finish. A true delight!
Note: [Bulang 2017] Ancient Tree Ripe Pu'er, available in 1oz for a limited time, is a cha tou, or tea rocks that form naturally during the fermentation process of ripe pu-erh. It also can be brewed more extensively (6-8 times for Bulang 2015 vs. 8-10+ times for Bulang 2017).
