Smoky + Herbal
[Bulang 2017] Raw Pu'er
Harvested in the Nadameng reservoir, a top-quality nature reserve located in Bulang mountain, this raw pu'er (or pu-erh) presents buds and leaves in beautiful shades of olive. The bright golden liquor has a smoky aroma with mellow herbal notes. Expect a long, smooth finish with sweet, woody notes.
This tea also has been served at L'appart, a Michelin-starred restaurant in NYC that offers a French tasting menu prepared by chef Nicolas Abello. If you are looking to pair this tea with food, we recommend pairing with morel mushrooms.
